Once your account is created, you'll need to complete identity verification (KYC) before you can make deposits or withdrawals.

paribahis requires all players to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing any financial transactions. Accepted government-issued IDs for Filipino players include:

No. Each player is permitted to hold only one paribahis account. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, please contact our support team immediately.

Withdrawal processing times on paribahis depend on your chosen method:
  • GCash / PayMaya: Usually within 1–3 hours after approval
  • BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Same business day if submitted before 3PM PHT; next business day otherwise
All withdrawals go through a security review before being released. First-time withdrawals may take slightly longer as our team completes final KYC checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

Common reasons for a delayed or rejected withdrawal on paribahis include:

Welcome bonuses are subject to wagering requirements – meaning you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before the winnings can be withdrawn. Always read the full bonus terms before opting in.

A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) means you need to wager the bonus amount – or the bonus plus deposit amount – a specified number of times before you can withdraw any winnings derived from that bonus. For example, if you receive a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of ₱10,000 in bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Different games on paribahis may contribute differently to wagering requirements – slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute less.

Yes. If you've claimed a bonus on paribahis but no longer wish to complete the wagering requirements, you can forfeit the bonus through your account settings under "Active Bonuses." Note that forfeiting a bonus will also remove any bonus-derived winnings from your balance. Your original deposited funds (minus any bets already placed) will remain in your account.
