1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the paribahis Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active paribahis account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual – whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices – is strictly prohibited. paribahis employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, paribahis reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.3 Account Security Obligations

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your paribahis account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution. paribahis is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. paribahis aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. paribahis reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your paribahis account dashboard. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status. paribahis reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the paribahis Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). paribahis does not charge currency conversion fees. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are outside paribahis's control and are your responsibility.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the paribahis Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sporting event. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game before placing a bet. paribahis reserves the right to void any bet that is placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed in circumstances that constitute a technical malfunction.

5.2 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only considered accepted and valid once you have received a confirmation from the paribahis Platform. Bets that have not been confirmed are not binding on paribahis. In the event of a dispute regarding whether a bet was accepted, the records maintained by paribahis shall be the definitive reference.

5.3 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, paribahis reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players. paribahis shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

5.4 Collusion and Match Fixing

Any attempt to collude with other players, manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or engage in any form of match fixing is strictly prohibited. paribahis employs monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns. Where collusion or match fixing is suspected, paribahis reserves the right to suspend accounts, void bets, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

paribahis's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your paribahis account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude paribahis's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
